Its unhealthy at the top
Limelight does indeed take a toll on those who are in the limelight constantly. First it was Amitabh Bachchan, then it was Shah Rukh Khan, and now it is Saif Ali Khan.
Everyone knows that it must be great to be one of the most sought after stars of Bollywood, but how many of us stop and think how lonely and unhealthy it must be to be a star?
Arc lights, hectic and unpredictable schedules, high stress, jet lag, no time to play, and irregular food habits do take a toll on the stars at the top.Several fitness experts say that sticking to a fitness schedule is a definite must if a star were to wish to remain healthy for a long time, and if a star were to ignore his daily exercise regimen, and top it off with any addictions that he may have, like smoking or drinking, then he is in for a tough time ahead.
